Today being labor day, it’s a holiday though one I usually end up working because I’ve normally been in California and left to my own devices.
This year I’m happily in Minnesota and Chris doesn’t have school and we have our luncheon appointment visiting my client / partner Trish and her husband. We had a really nice visit sitting in their outside patio and then Trish and I discussing an upcoming collaborative marketing project (we are sharing the proceeds should it be successful) which Chris and her husband chatted. It was a really nice time. We even just missed some light rain by minutes.
It’s really fun having smart, talented, good people to work with. I can reflect back on other situations I’ve had and I can honestly say I’m really happy with how a lot of things are starting to work out.
