It was good I got the furniture painted yesterday as it was raining over night. The paint is fine and they all look much better than they did. I’ll be looking for a warm dry day when I can do some touch up. It’s getting cooler this coming week with more rain so hopefully that day will happen before spring…
We are going to have lunch with one of my clients/partners and her husband tomorrow so I did some cooking today to prepare. I made the cucumber, ginger, cilantro salad I often make in the Summer. I also went back to one I had not done in a couple of years. It has eggplant, mango, Thai basil, cilantro, and Japanese soba (buckwheat) noodles. I had forgotten how amazing that salad is. It’s practically a dessert. And since the smallest box of noodles I could find was about 3 pounds worth, there is a dangerous incentive to use more of them. There are worse problems to have.
