Today I needed to get the sales web page done for the paid workshop I’m doing in a few weeks. One of my clients is having a meeting with a bunch of people today and he can promote it to them.
Most of the web page was done but there was some writing to do which ended up seeming harder than I thought it would be. At this point, Chris was incredibly helpful and started reading and revising the text I was writing and helping to provide confidence and calm. I think she could be a good marketing copywriter if she wanted to do that sort of thing. (Her suggestion of a new headline for my sales page was much better than mine, for example.)
After a few hours the main text was done in time. I didn’t hook up anything to accept payment yet because I felt that would add too much risk on getting it done today. But the bulk of the page is there with a form to collect info for people who want to know more.
