It was a pretty quiet Saturday.
The weather has gotten pretty cool. Highs in the low 70s. Nice breezes. It’s lovely here.
In between other things I started documenting in detail how I want to track people in my CRM (Customer Relationship Management system). Basically a fancy contact manager. It also makes it “easy” to group people by where they are in various sales cycles. Like prospect to customer to old customer, etc.
All such tools require discipline to use and my lack has been not having documented procedures to use mine. Procedures that I can follow or that an assistant could follow. So I’m writing things up. It will make life easier.
