Ever since I’ve gotten back from Florida, I’ve been coughing and feeling slightly congested. The air here is bad. Not as awful as last year at this time when the town of Paradise was burning down. But it’s definitely affecting me and unpleasant. Not like full on allergies where I feel like I’m getting a cold, but I get tired easily in the evening. And the coughing, etc.
I had lunch with my step-mom at a Shanghai style dumpling place I like in Old Sacramento (iShanghai Delight). It’s still amazing and not at all on a healthy diet (too many carbs) but oh so delicious. It was a good visit.
