I had a call with a potential client that should turn into business. I’ll be helping her with a book launch and new website and stuff. My hope is that I’ll be able to use it as a good case study to bring in other clients.
I also did a little experiment with my latest marketing email where I put up a quiz on my website to ask people about how they get customers and then promoted the quiz in my email. I only got a few responses and there was an option to ask for a strategy call with me and I got taken up on that, too. The strategy call is a way to learn more about the needs of potential clients and to get business out of it from time to time.
Having a larger email list continues to be nice for the feedback I can get quickly.
