I fly back to Sacramento on Tuesday and we didn’t have much planned for today. I needed to do some shopping for gifts and my girlfriend Chris and I went to see the film Crazy Rich Asians.
We really liked it. It is funny and sweet and well made. It shows extraordinary amounts of wealth that didn’t seem unrealistic given what we know of the lives of the ultra rich. The story was well written. I really liked it. It is much more memorable than Ocean’s 8.
I made curry again and may be having some slight intestinal irritation from the Thai restaurant we ate at yesterday. I continue to conclude that my Thai curry is really good relative to other curries in the world. Thai Cafe in Milpitas, CA is still my favorite and I have not yet eaten at Lotus of Siam in Vegas. But I think mine is pretty good.
