Day 37 – Sleepy

Weight Progress up to 2018-05-03

I Slept well.   Stretching is still helping my sternum feel better and I continue to gradually lose weight.

I spent much of the day working on a small business proposal for some follow on work with one of my clients.  I got it done and got some good initial feedback based on some questions I had.  And then by around 3:30pm I felt wiped out.  Too much hard thinking, I think.

I’m good in the morning and fade out in the afternoon. We watched a British mystery series and I made it to about 7:45pm and went to bed.  Thus a short entry…
