I’m considering that it’s time to find an off-shore virtual assistant to help me with my LinkedIn outreach. I think there’s about 2 hours a day of work that should be put into that and I have not been putting that in lately. Need to figure out the balance here. One thing I need to do first is have a very clear set of procedures for what I want to do with the LinkedIn work so that I can use that to train someone else.
I need someone in my same time zone and I previous spoke with an agency that connects people with assistants in South America and the pricing makes sense if it can work out. Anyway, the first step is the procedures and that is part of the plan for next week.
