I made another batch of pork broth so we could have Pho for dinner. This batch turned out better than last time as I used a better method for making the broth. The bones simmered for about 6 hours total and the flavor was much richer.
It turned out well. It’s still all pork since that is what we have handy. Small amount of rice noodles. Then Thai basil, cilantro, Thai bird peppers, chili sauce, bean sprouts, and green onion. Plus small cubed pork chops. It was spicy and good.
