It’s Valentine’s Day and for game night, I made banana splits. The reason was I found an interesting recipe for butterscotch sauce so they were vanilla ice cream, chocolate ganache, butterscotch sauce, and whipped cream. Very yummy.
The problem is the butterscotch sauce is VERY easy to make which is dangerous knowledge.
I won one game of Catan. It was a good evening.
