One of my new paying clients didn’t show up for a call. This is weird. And as of this writing, he still has not showed back up so I don’t know what happened. He paid for the month in advance.
However this also got me looking at a better online scheduling tool and paying for one with more features. Now I have web links I can share for different appointment types. A public one that combines letting people schedule either in person with me during my Wednesday morning office hours or for quick 15 minute phone meetings at other times during the week.
I also have customized reminder notifications that go out about meetings both via email and text message.
