My mother and I went to the downtown farmers market and picked up more vegetables. There are lots of good options for lettuce, different varieties of cauliflower, broccoli, beets, and more. Lots of kale if you are into that sort of thing (I’m not).
Later in the day I visited my father and Joan and caught up for a while. It was good to see them, especially as I won’t be back in Sacramento for a few months.
