I slept really well last night. Doubling my melatonin dose worked well and I woke up on my own around 5:50am.
I finished up a bunch of miscellaneous work stuff today and a few more meetings got set for next week.
And next week I’m limiting meeting with new people to a limited set of days and hours and so far all of those sorts of meetings are fitting in that way.
Dinner included the last of the leftover frozen rib roasts and it was delicious.
