This morning I went to the business networking group that tends to be larger. It had about 25 people today which is small compared to some weeks. I had one contact there from the owner of a local printing business who, while never having met me (maybe heard about me?), wanted to talk.
She wanted to know if I did social media (I don’t really). We talked about email marketing for a bit. She wants me to call to set up a meeting to talk about strategy. I’ll call back tomorrow and see where that goes.
I also had a first call with a relationship coach who is on my marketing email list. She wanted to talk about getting help for her business. We had a good conversation and I think there are a lot of ways I can help, plus an initial project that makes sense while we are starting out. We will meet in person Friday and talk details and money.
