I made progress on some work for clients today. A new small project came in from a current client. (And if I could do those all day long, I’d be perfectly happy. Though I’d eventually outsource that work.)
Went over feedback on a current project. And booked a call with someone new who showed up on an online discussion board.
During the day I cooked another beef brisket using the same method as last time and it turned out well. This was simmered in broth for several hours. I like that method.
Chris’ grandson Thomas is doing well. There is surprisingly little screaming. He’s a very cute boy. And after he napped on Chris for about 4 hours, she was a little stiff though she enjoyed the experience.
