My girlfriend Chris and I went to the farmers market to pick up more vegetables. I want to keep making Thai curry regularly and the farm fresh cucumbers are delicious.
We are going to visit Chris’ parents again tomorrow and we are bringing Cobb salad and taco ingredients so I did prep for all of that and found I was very tired after a bit. I declared that I’ll do curry for Monday and we had leftovers.
I’ve also wanted to try making a ginger custard with the ginger liqueur we got from Loon Liquors but I’ll want on that till next week as well. I’m going to modify a standard creme brûlée recipe without the sugar topping.
