My girlfriend Chris checked the health data on her phone and found she walked 1/2 a mile yesterday which is significantly longer than she had walked post surgery. This is good progress but she was feeling it today so we didn’t do any further walks through long theaters like we did last night.
We did some grocery shopping (she relaxed in the car, I did the shopping) and I made chicken marsala for dinner which was delicious as usual.
There was a lot of weather warning about excessive heat today and tomorrow. I think it got up to about 88F with some humidity. I think it felt ore uncomfortable at times last summer. I didn’t feel worse than a bad day in Sacramento and much much more comfortable than a bad day in Florida or Las Vegas. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.
