I planned out work for a couple of small clients who signed up this week as well as had a call with someone from my mailing list who “raised their hand”.
She answered the question on a survey I put up saying she wanted a “strategy call”. So I asked her a bunch of questions about her business. It seems in pretty good shape actually but she is having trouble with motivation right now. I suggested there was some mailing list work she could do and she agreed. I’ll follow up in a couple of weeks and see how she is doing.
She felt she needed help with accountability so I’m providing that. At some point, that can become a paid service. The trick is finding the right clients who are willing to pay for someone to breathe over their shoulder. They are out there. I consider that idea a hobby for now, not a main line of business.
