Today was a pretty relaxing day. We made a couple of grocery store trips and I made another batch of Beef Bourguignon and it was delicious again. This is the second time I’m using pearl onions and I really enjoy them. The trick was reading that to peel them easily, first boil them for a couple minutes with the skins on.
There was some light snow that was very pretty but since it was 36F, nothing was sticking.
