My girlfriend Chris and I got up early and started driving. It was dark for a while which is a shame, the mountains around Salt Lake City looked really pretty last night. Overall I really enjoyed the scenery in Utah and into Wyoming.
We stopped for lunch at a restaurant in Casper, WY that had delicious hamburgers. Chris had a Vietnamese themes one and mine had blue cheese. Both were very good.
We ended up in Lusk, Wyoming which had very few dining options. Chris had good intuition about a corner bar that ended up also having really good hamburgers. These were mostly good compared to what our other options would have been but we were happy to be there and eating. For the area it was possibly the best food around.
