I felt pretty good on waking up today.
There are birds outside with the weather warming up. They first started showing up about a week ago. Temperatures this week are up in the 40s and the snow and ice is really melting off fast. Last week when the rain started there was probably about 2 1/2′ feet of snow in the front yard and now it is probably below 6″.
There are cardinals and doves flying around and other birds I don’t recognize.
Chris and I packed for our respective trips. I’m heading East to Baltimore tomorrow and she is heading West to Utah.
