Had an early morning call to discuss the proposal for the project my marketing partner and I are working on. We are scheduled to meet with the client Wednesday to present the proposal and hopefully get the project.
I managed to extend my walk to 4.5 miles today and saw some outrageously large houses with very green lawns. It was nice. I also did client work and continued to fill my head with technical marketing knowledge. My brain is still handling it ok.
In the evening, I went to a talk by Preet Bharara, the former US Attorney for the Southern District of New York. He hosts a podcast I like (“Stay Tuned with Preet”) and I think has a pretty smart and balanced perspective on the world and current events. He has lots of good stories and I’ve found I enjoy hearing the thoughts of smart attorneys. I’m glad I was able to see him.
