I had a pretty productive day writing, reaching out to people on LinkedIn, doing my own website work, and testing a LinkedIn tool I made some changes to.
For dinner I had gotten out another slab of brisket an it turned out well. I unfortunately forgot to add the broth and soy sauce for it to sit in while it baked. The spice rub was delicious and thin sliced it will be fine but the last time was more moist. Still, cooking at lower temp for longer works nicely. I think there is one more 5 lbs slab in the basement freezer so I can try again in a week or two.
