My week ended pretty productively. I got some prospecting lists gathered to resume semi-automatic prospecting for myself and a client next week. Had a networking call. And finally had a chance to go further through a marketing class I had started.
For dinner I was slow cooking some ribs and made a “Carolina” style BBQ sauce. I wanted one that wasn’t sweet and I remembered that style tended to be more tangy / savory. I was surprised Chris liked it a bit more than I did considering how much of a vinegar flavour it has (she doesn’t like sour that much). This one has a lot of flavor but I wish for less vinegar. I may use this as a base for another variation soon.
