My daughter Elizabeth needed some paperwork filled out and related to her med school application process so I helped her.
Then Chris and I played through an entire game of Civilization in one day. We have gotten more experienced and I think the game only took about 4 hours. I’ve worked out a viable strategy to play Africa well in the two player game and Chris has mastered ocean travel. It was fun.
It will be fun to add more people to our play sessions but we don’t really know anyone who has enjoyed it. We’ll keep playing as a duo, though. I’ll just try different starting countries. (Note to self: It might be fun to try 2 players and not allow Africa to keep the movement tighter.)
