I’m not feeling super energetic. Not sure if it’s allergies or a cold. Doesn’t feel like a cold. On the other hand, not sure what on earth I could be allergic to. I’m used to Sacramento allergies based on pollen and stuff. Nothing blooming here. Still winter.
It definitely isn’t Coronavirus.
I cooked pork shoulder for game night. This was the last piece of meat in Chris’ downstairs freezer and we have been cooking through her back log. The new pig should be ready in a couple of days.
I slow cooked the shoulder in the oven with spices and wrapped in banana leaves as I’ve cooked it before. It bakes for 5 hours. Comes out really yummy. I made salsa to go with it.
