I spent most of today working on a small website for someone I’m partnering with in Sacramento. This site needs a searchable and browsable business directory. This is more complex than your usual run of the mill website. But I have tools to make it all very possible to do.
Except I kept running into weird corner cases I had to work around. I resisted writing any code for this as long as possible. And then finally had to write a small amount of code to make it work. By the end of the day it was doing everything it needed to do technically. I’ll spend some time making it prettier and finishing the first draft of the writing on the site.
