I got up at 5am, as I’m transitioning to East coast time. I ran a couple of errands getting ready for my trip on Monday and got new shoes among other things.
I had some ground meat defrosted and made meatballs with a lot of garlic and left over cilantro and Thai basil I had. For a sauce I made my girlfriends wonderful cream sauce which was as amazing as when she makes it. Mince garlic and gently sauté in butter. Add a little cream and shredded Havarti cheese. Melt everything together and add cream to get the consistency desired. Spoon it on stuff. Eat. It’s delicious.
