I spent most of the day working. And the evening as well. There are three main projects plus my own stuff so it is a lot to manage. This is the phase where I need to put in a lot of time to keep laying groundwork for what is to come.
Looking at my finances, I realize I made more money than I expected in 2018. Nothing like riches but more than I did many years at my old company. And without the annoyances and frustration of my old company. So overall I’d say I’m ahead.
I didn’t do anything special for New Years Eve. It was nice to have another quiet day. Tomorrow early afternoon the twins are coming over for dinner and that will be fun. We are having more rib roast. Rib roast is such an amazing invention.
